why do we have GM's if they are not going to even help us

I have tried to find a gm in game but they make it where you cant even get in contact with them. They wont dare answer post that need to be answered.. I was a gm for lots of games and two of them where aion servers i know how to do the job and well but these bunch of misfits don't seem to know what the job in tells. I say someone needs to come in here and get rid of these lazy people and put some people in here that don't mind taking care of business. I have a simple problem with a simple fix but yet i cant even get a hold of them or get them to respond to my help needed post. Plz someone do something or I am afraid that a lot of people will move on to other servers because of lack of interaction from the GMs

u can's see them if they are on //invis..or maybe they are just off..

first of all mine is not like anyone else's second you did not have to read it in the first place so go have your nerd rage somewhere else. Another thing is if there is a problem with the balance than it needs to be fixed
