IP banned?

Hi, I've been away for about 4 days because my client updated to 2.0, and I had to reinstall and I've had other issues with school and such.

Point is, I haven't touched aion in 4 days and I come back and when I try to log in it says that I can't connect through my IP.

I'd like some insight as to why I was banned, or I would like the ban to be lifted so I can play.

I haven't hacked, exploited, voted or multiple accounts etc.

not any GM/mod can provide u the reason for ur ban. concider this as a free bump.

 

Thanks, but shouldn't they be able to point me in the correct direction? It used to be tyman who would take care of these issues. Not sure who it is now.

And I'll shoot the first person to tell me to PM Carl because he would never read it.
