Missing Item

Hello Guys

I was trying to enchant my +14 Ultimate Grunil Chest to +15 with 13x Pure Magical Black Stones.
First it didnt work but somehow i could click the Enhance button, after that i didnt lose the 13xPure Magical Black Stones, but i lost my Grunil Chest.
I swapped Charakters, relogged but it didnt come back.

And yes i realized later that Grunil cant be enhanced with the Pure Magical Black Stones. But why did it work and why did i lost my Armor and kept the Pure Magical Black Stones ?

Please Help.

 

This is a great question...but we could really use some sort of screenshot/video recording of it happening, otherwise it may have been a fluke (something that only happened once).

Not really that big a deal, if it does happen again, you may even get some reward from the staff for having done it again, knowing it might happen
