Can't log in with a character

    Hi. So, i can't log in with just one of my chars. All the others work fine, but whenever i try to connect to my mystic, all i get is a black screen and i have to force the game to close cause it doesn't let me do anything. I've tried to do the file check thing and it's still the same. And it's a geared char too :/ can you please help me?

    Well there is an option on the GameZ-Website that enables you to "move" a character if this sort of thing happens. You just login to the Website and choose the character to move, some sub-menu somewhere.

    Already tried that, it's still in velia and the same thing happens. No error or anything :/ also tried cleaning user cache btw

    In this case I can only advise you to contact Kolka directly, mouse-over your forum-name at the top of the screen, and choose Conversation...hopefully he can fix this problem for you.

    Try close game and delete all in C:/Documents/Black Desert/UserCache and and after it run game
