    ask for a password recovery and doenst work can someone plz help me already.
    i use the password recovery go to my email try to log in with the new password and doesnt work..... need help plz.

    Hmmm, did you by any chance buy the account?

    If not then I would like to ask if you are using a Hotmail email (Outlook), because there are some weird filters on that email server, that will automatically block some sites without telling you about it.

    if u got new pass and cant enter - disable remember password option in launcher and restart launcher, also make sure u not copied space when copy pass from mail
