    am trying to play BD server but am having issue
    when I try select something like login with my mouse I have to hover it somewhere else for it to work

    mouse isn't reaching the where it should be ?
    its like its out of sync or something

    Most likely a problem with the Graphics Settings, that you have chosen an option that your screen doesn't like, which is why you see one thing and can interact with another. You can change the settings for that in the .ini file in the User/Documents/BDO-folder
