Jogo não inicia (abre e fecha)

Boa noite,

Como dito no título, estou com dificuldades para jogar.
Acabei de instalar o game da seguinte forma: baixei o Black Desert direto do site oficial, baixei o .exe do gameZ, abri esse programa e selecionei a pasta do jogo e nisso ficou por umas 8 horas.
Após finalizar, coloquei meus dados e dei START, o jogo abre, após um segundo, em tela preta, o jogo fecha e volta para o launcher do game.
O que posso fazer?

As stated in the title, I'm having trouble playing.
I just installed the game as follows: I downloaded Black Desert directly from the official website, downloaded the gameZ .exe, opened this program and selected the game folder and stayed there for about 8 hours.
