Hello, I just came to the server and made an account. I submitted in on my mail, but after trying to play the game says that my account has been banned and sends me to the PK on the website. but.... The website says that the account is OK My account is Starosta

I'm sorry! I figured out on my own. The problem was that I was creating account using Google Chrome. When I switched it to Internet Explorer and tried to create another one I could join the game!
