    Valencia I quest line , is something that many players , just like me , are doing over and over again.So I can assure you that it works just like on retail.
    The only "issue" that can appear on that quest , is if you unite the 2 items into the Kibelus spear before taking the quest 43/48 (Kibelius, the Ancient Spear) .
    Just delete the spear from your inv , then talk with the NPC to give you back the 2 items to make the spear once again.
