Igor Bartali's Pendant Decoration does not change black spirit appearance on new characters​

Bug Description:

The quest completes, but the black spirit does not change. He has the new text when you first summon him just no new appearance.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Complete the quest needed to change the black spirit's appearance via the Igor Bartali's Pendant Decoration when finishing the Adventure Log

Found a fix I suppose you could call it. It was visible on my Shai, but all other characters could not see it and couldn't get the Igor Black Spirit appearance, until I completed the Val I quest line on my Valk. She can now change the appearance of the black spirit. So, I guess when you complete the first Valencia quest line, the option to change the black spirit's appearance in the bottom left corner "unlocks"/ shows up.
