Horse Race starting in Florin bugged

Falling Through Map in Florin​

Bug Description:

When teleported to Florin Horse Race location character is falling through map and horse is below ground. I can use "Escape" feature to respawn but since horse flute won't work in races the horse remains stuck. After the race timing out, you have to remote collect horse at nearest stable because it does not teleport back with you. As far as I know, this is the only horse race spawn doing this. I did look through the forums trying to find a post, as to not re-post, but didn't find one. I hope this isn't a duplicate post of the same issue, sorry in advance if it is.

I have pics as well, if needed, although I don't think they would be.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Use horse race feature to be teleported to Florin race and you will be swimming in the earth's crust!​

 

Twice now in the last 2 days on different tiers of horses when transported to race, my char is swimming in bizarre looking graphics with label of "Bree Ruins" on screen and Florin at top of mini map. I cannot get anywhere trying to swim and shortly get transported back to my origination and have to go to stables to remote collect my horse. These are the only 2 times I have gotten this race, all the others work fine.

 

After running several races starting at different points with no problems, I just now got the Florin one and same exact scenario, funky graphics (like when you get stuck under the world) and swimming in place then being transported and having to remote collect my horse which I could see on the map was at Florin. If you cannot fix the transport to race start, how about just removing that course from the random generator?
