Game Won't Launch For Me

Hello!
Thank you so much for hosting a BD private server. my country is for some reason blocked

The Problem:
Game won't launch, just keep seeing launcher after pressing start.

I press "START" in the launcher, the launch disappears, then the SmartGuard logo with the flower and butterfly appears, it says "preparing to launch game..." and immediately says "Launching Game..." after a while the image disappears and the launcher shows up again. no matter how many times I try it repeats exactly the same.

another interesting bit - the "Install Visual C++" doesn't do anything when I press it.

What I tried:
Installing Visual C++ (from google search)
Force Check
Downloading and using a new launcher
restarting the computer
reselecting the game path
making exceptions in my anti-virus software
making advance firewall rules to always allow inbound and outbound connections with the launcher and game
redownloading game data all over again

Before I opened this thread:
I've looked through the sticky page "common errors and solutions" but this problem doesn't seem to be there.
I also searched through the solved section of the forum for problems that resemble mine, tries several things but didn't help.

updating that I tried to completely download all game data all over again

 

I found a solution!
for me it was the anti-virus, despite putting in exceptions, I have to disable it for a second before I press start and as soon as the game starts I enable it back and it's all good

 

Go through the issue area that is posted, Also did you set you path to the directory? Also check it isn't a firewall rule on your end. There are many things that can give issues. Are you on a Campus or workplace, many BLOCK all torrent based sites. This is a torrent base but i think if you could download the game then it may be OK. Be sure you use the launcher not the Blackdesert.exe

In pass game can work fine then for whatever reason something can go south (glitch etc.) and cause so much frustration. Good Luck!
