Professional and Artisan workers too hard to get.

Recently I dumped 30k energy in Velia to get some new workers and nothing above blue grade didn't showed up.
In this month I'm trying to get in other towns like Calpheon or Valecia, still no resoults after something like 10k per city.
I understand their "rarity" but I swear to god, retail had higher chances, I've spoken to few other players and they confirm it.
There is something off about getting them, not to mention how oftern they faild their promotion test which used to be 1 out of 15 in my case.
I don't know if or when high-quality wine will be removed but it will hurt people beside gathering.
Yeah mostly we just dump energy from alts as everyone knows however new players which start their worker empire will feel it.

I'm not asking for too much but to bring chance of getting blue grade to 10%, professional to 5% and artisans to at least this 1% (I bet it's like 0.05%)

Why is it good you may ask, well the more good workers players will have the more materials we will have on market, it's much better since old one.
But more will be still more beneficial to all of us.

I have currently 140 workers (yeah low i know) and only 2 of them are Artisan. And these 2 are from Old Wisdom Tree with a 99% Artisan Worker-chance xD
The rate is way to low to get an professional or artisan worker even through promotion

 

I have about 12 artisan workers, but i got them all up from blue grade, yea basically getting blue or yellow workers in any city is a pain.

 

It is indeed difficult to gain a higher tiered worker...this has been the main reason for the many suggestions made, about increasing worker's worth (silver value), basically because it takes at least a month of actively feeding and promoting the workers from Apprentice (Green) to Artisan (Orange/Red).

Just like everything else in this game, it is based on RNG, so I would suggest that you complain to the game-designers Pearl Abyss, OR you could add yet another suggestion to the Suggestions Section, about how you think Workers could be improoved (not how it is spelled), here on GamezBD.
