Few questions about races/population and stuff

Hi!
I'm new player there. Played for like 2 days and i'm curious:
1. At what time (server time or GMT+2) there are more people?
2. Which race should i choose? (asmo since 3.5 but i can go ely side to keep balance )
3. Any legions doing pvpve? (i rly like to rush prometun or senekta someday)
4. How to get transformation scrolls? I havent seen them in eshop (or im blind/ i tried to ask on lfg but it was dead at the time i was there - only some ppl shout in lakrum for trades)

1) Usually around 7pm to 1am (GMT+8) siege is every 12am and 8 am(gmt +8). some days even around 3pm to 5pm there's a lot of players (both sides)
2) I wanna welcome you as an elyos but asmo is kinda like a dying race. I'd say the population is 60/40(ely/asmo)
3) My legion is doing PVPVE(ely tho)
4) gold sand traders(yellow shugo button near luna button
