"Updating Patch Files"

    The launcher always does this, I've had to reinstall several times, and after the last one, the game would only launch in the EU region, even though the launcher was set to NA. I close and restart the launcher, and once again it is stuck at "Updating Patch Files- 100%. The game has exceptions in both my antivirus and firewall, both of which are even disabled.

    Same here, I'm stuck on the EU server and even when I click the American Flag I can't get on NA.

    have u tried deleting your launcher folder (should NOT be in the game folder), and redownloading that?

    You could also just delete the username\documents\BDO-folder (remember to make a backup copy of the screenshots and other stuff you wanna keep), that might help the situation.

    One last thing, please let us know whether you have found a solution to the problem, that way you can help the staff as well as other players :)
