Lost my item not sure how. I'm new to the game

    So, I'm new to the game and I'm using lahn. I've bought a Kazarka crescent pendulum at market and spent a ton of pearls and memory frags to upgrade it to +11 or 13 can't remember now. Just to figure out I had a +15 one on challenge rewards. Then i got that and start using. but my Kazarka crescent pendulum went gone. It's not on any of my storages or anything? Could I get some help?

    i been waiting 3 days for help and am a paying customer!! maybe you got to wait a week or 2 XD.

    or join their dumb telegram thing that hackers steal phone numbers off of to steal your info?
    telegram number 1 reported case cause of thiefs.

    Kolka do have discord forgot what it is though.

    Yeah its been some weeks alredy. but i guess i just lost it...whatever i'll just play another game ultil I get a response

    Sorry that you have had troubles on our servers, however it is not that big a deal if you want to keep playing on our community, I mean either you want to play on our community and will continue doing so, while you are waiting for a response from one of two developers, who by the way are Extremely busy working on the bugs and updates, or you do not play on our community despite being able to without any problems whatsoever.

    I do know that I could be more helpful, but I am not the one with the expertise to check the database for your claims, that is the aforementioned Very busy developer and Admins. I suppose, whom are also quite busy.

    So I can only apologize for the wait time, and hope that you will be understanding -as well as patient- while a solution is worked out.
