No response when clicking install visual C++

My game won't start and told me Failed to int security. I tried everything on the forum but still won't work.

I couldn't install C++ from the client thus I downloaded it manually. I'm wondering if this is the reason and what version of C++ do i need for it to work.

Well actually the whole package is present in the GamezBD-version game folder, in the Redistributables folder, a file Visual C++ .exe
