Game crashing

Hello,
I have a problem with launching the game. I have been playing gamezbd a while now, and my game isn't launching.
When I log in the Launcher and click "START" the game goes into "Smart Guard" and then crashes, I can see it in Task manager for few seconds.
I have tried re-downloading the game, deleting files , I have disabled the AV and it still crashes, Visual C++ doesn't work when I click it( I have downloaded it from the Microsoft web site), I tried force cheking and it still doesn't want to launch.
I start game in admin mode, it has Firewall and AV accsess.
I am using Bitdefender 2020, and when I go to Notifications it says "An attempt to send your password unencrypted was about to occur on play.gamezbd.com. We blocked the connection to stop your private data from being exposed and tampered with." even though I have set expections for "play.gamezbd.com" in AV.

Try disabling Bitdefender, just a small piece of advice on top, the inbuilt anti-virus that windows has is more than enough, so adding a third-party anti-virus isn't that good an idea anymore, it used to be but nowadays the windows anti-virus works just fine

 

So I have downloaded game again, and disabled AV and game just goes to Smart Guard, it says Starting the game, then it goes back to launcher. I have tried Force cheking, and it's stil not working. I really don't Know what to do anymore.

 

Sorry, but the only thing I can think of is that blocked action by the Bitdefender, I wish I could be of more help, if you have checked the Common Errors and Solutions, tried some solutions, disabled the Bitdefender completely (or alternatively uninstall), then I am not quite sure how to help you since I am not there at the computer
