Connection issue, I can't play

Hello there, i'm new in the server, I actually started playing yesterday. I really liked what some people told me about the server, so I had to give it a try. After 1 hour of playing the server I started to notice a lot of lag issues, and I thought it was my own connection that had the problem, but after playing for 3hs with CONSTANT LAG and DISCONNECTIONS every 2 minutes approximately, I had to try other games and check my packetloss to find the problem.
So, I tried 3 games and I didn't have any kind of internet/connection problem while playing them, and I had no packet loss at all.
That makes me think that there's a problem between me and the server; also my guildmates don't have any kind of connection problem. Can any authority help me?
I'm from South America and I'm playing on the NA server.

Additional information: while playing, I have lag peaks, like when fighting some monsters, the damage I deal is registered like 10 seconds later, and the mobs still do damage to me in that period. Even when I'm not fighting, I get disconnected from the server, and sometimes it reconnects. I had no problems at all nor in the official server or other games.
