Incorrect username or password client log-in account

    Hello, I have recently downloaded the client, did everything it said on the website and created a new account. After the patch was done, I tried to log in and play the game, but it would say everytime i try that the username or password is incorrect. I am 100% sure the account is written correctly, and I have unticked/ticked the remember me option dozen of times before getting the error. Please, help. If you have any solutions, let me know.

    You didn’t use your forum account to log in the game, did you?

    i have the same issue, and no i did not use my forum account to log in!

    well, then I suggest you check on the GameZ-website, that you can log into your account there, then perhaps change your account name or password, and wait a while before trying to start the game and logging in there

    I used the same credentials used on website and client, on website they worked, on client they didnt...

    Did you by any chance copy the GamezBD game-version into another BDO-version of the game?

    I dont know what happened back then, but I reinstalled and it seems to be working. Thanks! Problem solved.
