    Bug Description:
    i started playing today early morning, now i came back and i have not a single character? whats going on?​
    How to reproduce/proof:

    We have 2 server EU and NA , enter on gamez site and look on which server u made characters and come to this server by select flag near Start button in launcher.
    Also u not see less than 50 level characters if enter on Arsha PVP channel.
