    Bug Name:
    Cannot join party or invite others to party​
    Bug Description:
    Happened after attempting the boss summon quest "Black Turtle Coin" and failing. ALL OF MY CHARACTERS when trying to join or create a party I get the notification "Cannot join a party while summoning a monster".​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Have removed all quests on the character that it started and still have the issue. Have also tried switching characters, servers, and reinstalling/downloading the game as well. None of my other character have summoning quests.​

    fixed it, everyone needed to change channel. thanks for the help
