Win10 1903 and after launcher not working

Hi there,

I'm using win10 1903 and found the following at Common Errors and Solutions

29. Initialization of 'X' threw an exception. The application is terminating.
Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 version: Click to download
NOTE: You will not be able to run the game using a virtual machine.

This actually not working at almost win10 (only 1607 version working)
I'm facing Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 or later version block during installation
Because of win10 1903 are include with .NET Framework 4.8 so that I can't install earlier version
Any have solution to start my launcher?

Actually I haven't had a problem with installing ealier versions of neither Netframework or Visual C++ on my win10 1903.

I do not entirely know what could be the cause of your problem though.
