Launcher stuck at updating patch files

    I could log in earlier today just fine but after I tried to use the "Minimize to Tray" function in the game it crashed altogether. Ever since then every time I open the launcher it keeps saying updating patch files but nothing happens. It never starts the download.
    I already tried to make the game and launcher an exception in the antivirus and it didn't solve the problem. Can somebody help me?

    Restarting your computer, restarting the Launcher, Deleting the username\documents\BDO\cache folder, Run a File-Check through the Launcher. Hope it works :)
