Oath of the Loopy Tree Forest​

Bug Description:

I can't combine the forest bow and tulid's ornament to get the bow of forest ronaros quest. And I did uncheck the "auto arrange" still can't combine. So I throw the quest item, forest bow and tulid's ornament away. Re-accept the main quest. But no quest items.​

How to reproduce/proof:

After I got both the quest items "forest bow and tulid's ornament" I was riding's horse to turn in the quest to tooth fairy remitaronsom. I was lag spike and both me and horse got stuck into the pillar light that is near the road side. So I press Escape and end up in the tooth fairy cabin which is the place that i need to turn in the quest "Oath of the Loopy Tree Forest". So I did turn quest. Its complete one of the quest that need to turn in but not the combine Forest bow and tulid's ornament. I should have combine the items before turn in. Can I somehow get the quest items "forest bow" and "tulid's ornament" back?

ITs not a bug if u delete items.
Forest bow u can get from npc Tulid if u have started and not finished quest Oath of the Loopy Tree Forest
Tulid's Ornament u can also get from Tulid if u have started and not finished Oath of the Loopy Tree Forest
