Bartering bug?

    Hello,

    I try to barter with an alt character and it doesn't work. The barter menu (the anchor button) does not appear when I'm near a barter NPC.

    more information:
    I did the whole questline on this character too.
    level 65
    Same boat with the right items in the hull.

    Is there a thing to do in addition to the main questline to unlock bartering on alt characters?

    I tried to reset the barters, I changed character and it was working with the exact same setup (boat/node) on the character that unlocked barter first. But my alt still can't see the barter (anchor) menu. Any idea?
