All of My Gear is Gone

I asked on telegram and they told me that i should write here, anyways.

I was going to make the Valencia FS quests with my side character. So i put my gear to storage in Velia and changed character, took the items from storage with my side character, than reroll happened. Now when i log in to any of those characters all my gear is gone. I checked every storage, warehouse and every character. I am sure that they are gone. What should i do now. All 13 pieces of my gear is gone. I hope you can help me.

 

Not sure what you mean with this? Also I can imagine that this has been solved by now?
