    I wanna come back and try gamezaion but on the website it shows i no longer have a character, did u remvoe all the characters or is it just a website bug?

    Before the 7.0 live, there's a massive wipe out of toons. Because of some violators who duped items (rare became common).

    well i had several thousand enchantment stone that i got by transferring old ones i got back in 2017, now i need to get ocmpletely new ones lol?

    Good day I have this account since the begginings of the server with my chars till lvl 60 with full equipment sets and a lot of things, for some reason i stoped playing it in 2016 and i want to go back and play but allow me to recover all my characters

    Hey there, as what others have mentioned, there was a decision to delete all character data because of an exploited bug from the previous version. As you noticed, your account data is still there. You will need to start fresh with creating your character(s). If you're concerned about your equipment, it will surely be outdated. Start over and get your items, most of the endgame gear can be obtained in-game.

    Just because of one's fault, everyone will suffer? Guess, you guys can do something. Dont you have in game database? Do something pls.. if it take a several repetition, then I (or maybe not just I but we) will hate this game forever.

    I know the reason of the chars to be deleted, but at least compesate me with some stuffs i had a lot of things in my previous chars and a lot of kinah and so on, i did bought many things in the web store as well and all of that is gone do something to compesate me i have no issue to star fresh new but compesate all the gear, scrolls i lost
