Illezra's Threat (Mediah story quest line)

I just recently came back from a long hiatus and decided to go knowledge hunting & completing quests.
This quest line is seemingly unavailable now but still has knowledge tied to it. I've looked it up on both retail pc & console forums and it seems this problem isn't exclusive to gamez but I'm assuming it's been fixed on retail, at least on console since the last discussion about it occurred in early 2019.

For the record, I've tried on multiple characters who have taken either the new path I or II Mediah story quest lines to confirm that neither made a difference in being able to pick up Illezra's Threat.

 

I have just finished it myself a couple of days ago...Not sure if you have enabled all quests or if something else is wrong.

 

Thanks loboram. Not sure if you're able to look deeper into it or not, but this is a bit more detail from my end.

I actually started the quest line a long time ago, before archer was put into the game and then had finished the entire quest line a while before making the original post. All on my main character, but despite finishing the quest line, I'm missing knowledge that should have been rewarded with corresponding quests.

I have been unable to get the initial quest on any other character, so I'm thinking that maybe this quest line is a one-timer per account. That doesn't seem likely though.

One of my alts that I've tried picking this quest up with has completed every quest outside of lifeskiill quests in mediah. Back before archer/quest revamp, I know for sure I never had to do any remotely related lifeskill quests in order to have picked up the initial starting quest of this chain. I'm at a real loss as it appears I'm locked out of obtaining knowledge I should have gotten, and now have seemingly no way to get it without getting the chain again.

All quest types toggled on also.

Edit: this quest chain used to show up in the suggested tab (pre archer/quest revamp), but doesn't appear there on any of my characters that were created long before the quest revamp was done.

 

Funny enough, as I stated before, I have recently completed this questline, and it is a part of the Main-questlines since there are multiple main-questlines now. I got it from the questline that starts with "Temple in the East", and have now done it with several characters, some of which had completed all questlines before the Archer was released, and some completely new as well.

I am not enitrely sure what it is that you are missing, but if you could be so kind as to provide me with a link to the knowledge you are missing, then I will be able to help out much easier.

It's still strange that I've only been able to pick up the quest line only once and only prior to archer's debut. I've completed Mediah story/main quests in their entirety on I think 9 characters now (not for this purpose). I should have gained both of those pieces of knowledge as they fall in the beginning & middle parts of the quest line. I have all other associated knowledge of having completed that quest line.

THAT is the questline you are wanting to complete, and it does say in the comments section at the bottom, that you gain the questline from a book in Tarif, also it might be a really good idea to check the requisites as well.

Hopefully this will get you on the right path.
