Black Screen (Again)

I have an issue where I encounter a black screen whenever the game loads up. Previously, when I had first installed the game I had the same issue but changing the in-game resolution had fixed this problem. I am able to hear in-game sounds and the game mouse cursor is also visible.

I have followed previous threads and have tried the solutions which include the following: deleting display drivers and updating them, reinstalling the game after downloading the .exe version, repairing the game via force check, installing the visual c++, changing the in-game resolution to the recommended settings, and deleting the user cache. None of those steps have worked even after reattempting these solutions several times. If there is anything that I should try that I haven't please inform me.

I also checked the client logs which look suspicious. I uploaded a file of it if it helps.
