Missing features after logout and login

Hi. I want to say about a problem that occured me today on GamezBD, after i logout and restarted my pc, at the next login i realized that i miss some features that i bought past days such as 1 expansion 16 slot inventory, 1 weight + 200, 1 storage in velia expansion, my dye from my wizard appareal and a 7 day Value Pack from inventory. I can't purchase any slots in Velia storage and it show my items on locked slots. Can you help me with this issues. Thanks!

 

It does happen sometimes, luckily rarely, but once in a while the server makes a small "roll-back", which basically means that the last 1-20 minutes of online activities are undone, mainly due to some patches or bug fixing.

SO, I sure hope that the Pearls that you spent are back, and that you are now able to repurchase the items.

I can therefore assume that this thread is no longer valid?
