Unable To Start Succession Quest

    For some reason I'm not able to start the Wizard Succession questline. I know I've completed the Awakening quests because [Wizard] Lord Red's Godr Sphera - Practice is appearing in my list of completed quests. But when I speak with the Black Spirit, I can't seem to find the quest to start Succession ([Wizard Succession] Infinite Intelligence).

    Am I missing something? Is there an additional questline that needs to be finished before the Succession quests will show up? Or is this a common bug?
