    I exchanged like 150m kinah on website for retuning and it was never delivered on my toon. what is this?

    no, even if the toon is online, it isnt allowed to exchange.

    This happened to my main and it wont receive kinah until now (i already reported it)
    You should try other character for online time exchanges in the future as it is what im doing to get the kinah for now..
