Forbidden book not working​

Bug Description:

I was trying to make some Cartian Spell-Scrolls through combining Fobidden book but the combination symbol didn't appear on any of the books.​

How to reproduce/proof:

I had a total of 75 forbidden books and i tried to reduce the number in my inventory to 5 and afterwards to 0. picked some up to 5 again but it still didn't work. I tried to fix this issue with soring them in the city storage and central storage neither worked. reloading didn't either.​
