Barter, Supply, Explore, Depart Buttons Won't Show Up, Epheria Sailboat​

Bug Description:

Barter, Supply, Explore, Depart buttons won't show up in my alt characters, which is lvl49 and has sail level artisan 7 currently. I can use the ship skills, cannons and anything else than bartering. All these work on my main character, with the same ship (Epheria Sailboat). I made everything open in UI change menu. This seems to be a bug. Please help. I need to do bartering with my alt char instead of main char.​

How to reproduce/proof:

With main character (lvl60) do main quest that gives bartali sailboat, then buy Epheria Sailboat from marketplace. Make some barterings on the main character. Then open a side character. Make it level 49. Use the same ship. Go to an island that does barter trade. No UI will appear.​

 

Close game, open game folder, delete Cache folder, run game.
