My daily reward gone

I play this game "again" after quit because of confused, yesterday I have 5 rewards I think returning,valks,loyal,guild,and something I forgot.
I have proof of the last Item I got before and after maintenance

same here. It's normal to reset rewards sometimes but returned/rookie reward shouldn't

 

My friend created his own account a few days ago, and indeed "Rookie" attendance reward disapeared yesterday after patch/update.

 

Me too, I was on day 12 reward before, after this update, it got reset back to day 1 rewards and I was on Rookie too.

 

Anyone know if they will fix it ? Or is it bad time to start play again ?

 

Same, I just got back into the game and my Returning reward is gone after update.

 

Just sit back and be patient, the problem is being worked on, however making an official bug report about this and including Proper screenshot proof would be a much better idea.

Proper proof is screenshots with the GamezBD watermark, completely without manipulation, the same goes for videos; as in no cropping.

 

I hope it fixed soon, cus I really want to get the rest of returning rewards
