Solved Launcher Error with Battle Ping

Hi, There is suddenly an error on my Launcher when I use Battle Ping. When I click start on the launcher the aion runs for 5-10 seconds
Sometimes it runs but when it just got a blackscreen after the load.

Anyway to fix this?

Did you check on the Ctrl+Alt+Delete>Task Manager> and see if there's another Aion client running? If yes, stop it from running by clicking "End task". I haven't tried using battle ping but hope this helps

 

Yea i already checked it, no other aion client running on task manager, It just disappears >.<

 

Check your battleping. Check if it disconnects after running the game. If it does, try to reinstall your battleping.
And also, check the server you're in. If it's free trial, there should be nothing wrong, same with one with subscription.

 

I tried Reinstalling it but still it doesn't work.
It doesn't disconnect, It stays connected
also i have a subscription on it
