I can log in the game launcher and website but in game i get an error

I need some help whenever i launch the game client and then hit the start button i get an error message telling me that my Accont does not exist or the password is incorrect. It's weird because i can log in the game launcher and website as well but the problen only occurs inside the game client.

Things i've tried so far:

1. Changing passwords
2. Re-downloading game launcher
   
3. Deleting game cache
4. Loging in with another accout allowed me to enter the game just fine so it must be an issue with my account.
5. Checked the website to see if somehow i had been banned but it said i had no bans
