Client Issue CrySystem.dll Loading Failed

i'm newbie here, but i'm having some issues with the client

The error is the image bellow:




How can i fix that? i installed vcredist and i'm using Windows 10 2004 with lastest NVIDIA Drivers

Hello,

This might be the cause of the current version of your DirectX, Aion requires the DirectX version released after June 2008.

May I know the process of your installation? o.o?
Also did you restart your PC?

Try reinstalling the given DirectX and it might require you to restart your PC

I haven't experienced this issue but hopefully, these will help.

i'll format my Windows tomorrow and try a new fresh install

Hay, i wanna start playing GamezAion but i got some problems when i try to download GamezAION it tells me the data was downloaded to much and if i try it with ZIP-Extractor still dont work telling me There was a problem with the server request; please try again (downloadQuotaExceeded) (also if i try the other download options)
i hope anyone can help me !

May I know where you downloaded the client? Maybe the client patch you downloaded isn't the same with the current patch of GamezAION.

I'm sorry...

I use WinRAR for extracting compressed files, the problem might be in the extractor for having limits upon carrying heavy files like Aion. And for the third picture you posted, I don't understand a thing x_x

I hope others will get to see this and help too

 

well i saw now the normaly way to download work again i will give it a try maybe it works if i finish the full download in ZIP Extractor

last question xd i download it where it was patch 5.6 but i got with 10 acc instand perma bann but idk why? maybe u can help me XD

 

Patch 5.6? The current server patch is 7.0.

Or maybe you have the wrong patch. Which link have you choose to download? I'll suggest to take the google one or the amazon one.

Redownload the whole client again. If there are errors, please post some photos/screenshots here so we can try to figure out what is wrong.
