Damage Hack !!!!!

hello, i was at heiron before and server crashed when we were close to dark poeta elyos entrance, so well, one elyos came and killed us all doing a very high damage (i got a templar with +15 sword and my highest damage is about 3000-3200 with critical in players, impossible to deal more than that cause i got abg sword +15 full atk
my assassin is full abg armor a templar would hit me around 1k with ferocious strike, he did 4k dmg without critical impossible, still lost 12k ap, could any gm ban him at least?
