My item has evaporated.

I just looted up two Black Distortion Earring at Star's End and tried to sell it.
However, the error message 'Try again after 9 seconds' continued.
As the problem repeated over and over again, I changed my channel and immediately one of my earrings disappeared.

I searched everywhere, including my warehouse and inventory, but I couldn't find it and I'm sure it evaporated.

But I don't have proof of that part. What should I do?

Should I just think of it as bad luck?

 

Well, it is true that it sounds Really suspicious, but I am sure that the "higher-ups" have access to the server logs, and can see where it is. Perhaps it actually went to the "Sell"-tab in the Central Market, or it got sold instantly, or something else happened, might be in the CM-storage. I suggest you check one last time, and then start a conversation with either @Noyah or @Kolka.

Hey, I don't wanna make another topic so..
I had some issue with disappearing weapon. Last Sunday i put my PEN Offin Blade on market, i logged on few times through the week and forgot about it. Now while checking i find out that there is no item or money from selling it. I remember that I had about 3,6 - 3,7 billions in cash and get about 500 mil form items so for sure i didn't get the money from selling my Offin. Don't know what happen. HELP ME!!

 

We not have item search and restore services, but situation what you described it look like you lost connect to web market exact on transaction item, in such case web system will send you item on mail. If it not on mail, then u moved it to some warehouse/character or delete item.

 

Ok, GM's advices doesn't help so maybe someone from player base encounter situation similar to my and hade some solutions?? I'd be very grateful..
