Resolved The game not working anymore

i have problem , my game wont start afte i re-install it
i have tride evrything in this link

Put your bdo installation folder and the gamebd client folder on the exclude list of your antivir and the reinstall it.

 

i did and still not working
the game was working 3 days ago till something piss me off and i deleted it and yesterday i redownload the game and got this error

 

Okay, so if you are on windows 10, check this link. There they talk about the different sollotions and why it happened.
Most cases are antivor (as i suggested) or w10 driver update, that overrides etc.

hmmm, I would advise that you get the Torrent download from the alternate download links, and keep a copy of the game elsewhere, that way you will not need to keep re-downloading it over and over again.

Also "run as Admin." is a good thing to check.

1. Did you try to download and install the Visual C++?
2. Have you tried to Delete your username\documents\GamezBD folder, and the Cache folder in the GamezBD-game folder, then run a force-check?
3. Have you checked whether you have a third party anti-virus installed, such as BitDefender?
If so you might have to uninstall that for the program to run.
4. Checked the firewall, "run as admin" permissions?
5. Perhaps tried out #13 or #19 in the link above?
6. Probably one last thing is to re-download the GamezBD game, AND/OR reseting you Windows10

Hopefully you will find a solution soon, and tell us what you did to fix it.
