LAG, DISCONNECTED AND CRASH

Hi, I'm a new player to GamezBD ( not a new player to the Black Desert Online Franchise ) but I'm getting frustrated since I have never encountered this problem with the retail version before.

My PC is a bit outdated but it runs retail fine with low-medium graphics but for some reason GAMEZBD doesn't.

It ran fine for two days, logged in with VPN ( cause I can't get pass "Now Processing" without it, which is another problem I have never encountered before ), got into Character Selection just fine - played the game, reached 57 and got a costume. Now for some reason, I can't log in to the game.

First I can log in then for a few minutes says "Internet Disconnected - Reconnecting" and then crashes, now it just crashes when I enter my character to a server.

Never in a million years have I ever encountered these problems in retail and in another server ( another private server which I consider as DEAD AF )

 

Update: It's fixed, just had to relog in a few more times after changing my VPN server

 

Yeah well, it isn't as if GamezBD in riddled with well wishes as well as congratulations on being a great site and project. Usually the staff only receives complaints.

In any case...a quick forum search would have revealed a bunch of threads discussing this topic, also you would have found many answers.
I suggest making a quick search in the future, before adding yet another thread.
