Farming - Using water on plot doesn't work​

Bug Description:

When using either Distilled or Purified Water to increase the hydration level of your crops, the water is consumed, but doesn't increase the hydration level accordingly.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Use any type of water while standing on top of crops and keep an eye on the hydration meter. It seems impossible to water your crops.​
