    My was killed by monster, because the Server turn down. As a result, my character was punished by downgrading equipment. I hope that the game administrator can help me restore to the original state. This accident was caused by the server shutdown, not due to player operation errors.

    Before restart u see announcement in game and server run 300s in non save mode. So even if u killed during this period u anyway will get rollback on 5 min. So next time when u see announcement about maintance, just come to save place and logout.
