Broken game after patch? We need to fix it (no complains please)

To admins: I have no complains, i understand that you had alot of work with that big update but know that many of solutions that you gave us is not working.
For example: GameOption.txt file not existed in my files. when i create or copy from before update there is still nothing, like game does not see it, force check not working too.


Since the new update me - and like i see many other players - have some smaller or larger problems with game and launcher such as:
- missing items from marketplace
- missing horses from horse market
- problem with GameOption.txt file which is disabling to save game settings etc.
- many crashes form launcher as like as from the game
- i have problem with weight because with all expansions i had about 2k LT of weight but after patch i have only 1,35k LT...
- season server not working properly

i think there's much more things that i missed and please guys post your own problems to gather them in one big post

 

For weight: maybe your value pack is expired ? maybe your premium is expired ?

 

- Guardian Shift + E buff in awakening (Omua's Blessing) 10 Seconds Super Armor didn't apply bug
- Herald Journal Book #4 Valks Enhancement Bonus didn't apply
- Dark rift spawns longer than usual

 

Hi, can you please check why my mail says it has 5 mails but when i open my mail window its blank? it this a bug? a help would be appreciated thank you

 

@zhandher2889 I am sorry to tell you this but the new menu has a number system displayed in all its windows, if you open up any other sub-menu you can see that there are numbers as well there, so there aren't "5 Mail", it is just telling you that to open Mail, you press 5.

These two quotes are just bug reports that you haven't done properly, so please...do not post these as one problem, but make the videos/screenshots and post them individually as bug reports.

 

yeah when i came back that happened to me lol so i had to re sub and add a value pack

 

yeah, me too, coincidence. the same time expired and patch.
