Problem after press start

    Hi all, i got a problem on my client, everytime i try to play my game freezes on smartguard screen and dont pass that, i tried force check, disable my antivirus, reboot my computer and nothing yet. Here is a screenshot what happen

    Is this your first time playing? Is this a fresh install? Have you been able to play int he past?

    Out of curiosity what antivirus do you use?
