Sudden increase in elk's HP and unkillable bears (sniping spots)

Since the new patch the Hunting (sniping) has changed
i've made a post complaining but i was pushed to believe its due to a bug since i couldn't find any mention saying there was some changes done to it in the patchnotes
Elk's are suposed to get 1 shot by a regular sniper rifle when you hit them in the head, as of now its no longer the case they require 2 headshot or 1 headshot and 3 bodyshot.
it makes the sniping unpractical as it is right now.

for the new sniping spot (bears) with a +10 sniper rifle you can barely kill one without dying if you hit them in the head at least 12 time or more (it's too difficult to count since how unpractical it is to kill them) you have to Hit n run constantly for arround 2 min if your shot managed to connect since they run so fast you can barely find the time to shoot them and barely any damage.

it's more of the same with lions but they are slower so it's easyer but still not something that anyone would be ever willing to do.

As it stand sniping is something worth doing at all i hope this will get fixed so this small hunting comunity can start enjoying themselves again and discover new spots that are worth hunting!

How to reproduce/proof:

Just take a regular sniping rifle go shoot a elk in the head it will now only make a dent in their hp. (it used to be one shot guaranteed with a non upgraded sniper!)
you can try with a +10 as i said it will have the effect as written above.​

Sensitive Elk cannot be one shotted with +10 sniper on the head​

Bug Description:

"Fixed the issue where Sensitive Giant Elks in Balenos' Sniper Rifle Hunting Zone could be hunted at once regardless of their striking part." is written on the patch note. (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HzNN32NIYCZ4_QkcS-UXgu_39Ts2Y74y/edit)
But now, the elk cannot be hunted at once even with a +10 blue sniper on the head.
The highest damage i can deal is 99%
Is this meant to be like this?​

How to reproduce/proof:

Use a +10 blue sniper and shoot the elk on the head, aim and release the shot when it is red at the center of the circle.​
