Fairy Not Opening Problem

Hello there,
When I click Fairy in the menu at the top left such as Mount, Worker, Pet, Fairy, it enters the help menu. I can't open Peri. Could you help ?

Has my stage last level Fairy disappeared?

When was the last time you could open it? Try clearing cache.

 

I formatted the computer 4 days ago. It was working before formatting. I was tucked to the last level. Front clear cleaning operation check button?
I'm checking the file again right now

In short, it happened when I formatted the computer and then loaded it again.

The file check did not work. I delete the Documents \ GamezBD \ UserCash file and check the file again, hoping it will fix

I regret to say that my problem did not improve.
