Unable to connect to the config server???

Hmmm may I ask that what should I do to fix this?

 

Completely close the laucher, run a cleaner to empty all caches, restart the launcher and let it update proprely. You may have to launch a repair process, but I doubt that.

Is this a fresh install? Have you been able to connect in the past? Try:

• Clearing game cache
  • Navigate to the following directory in your computer:
    Code:

    %userprofile%\Documents\Black Desert

    • Delete the UserCache folder.
    • Delete the Cache folder in your game installation folder.
• Using VPN (hide.me is a free one)
